Fat 32 to NTSF

Need help

Would like to convert my Fat 32 partition to NTSF partition on my win xp pro
with out losing my data. Can this be done with out costing an arm and leg?

You must also realize, that converting from FAT32 to NTFS is a one-way
street. You cannot convert it back without doing a complete reinstall of XP.
