Hi there, hope somebody can help. I ve got some encrypted files witch I
backed up when I formated my computer, did't realise they were encrypted at
time of backup. There four don't have keys or certs can any body help me
unlock them.

Unfortunately, once the encryption keys are gone, you are out of luck.

Without the keys your data is irretrievable and as good as gone.
