Atcom au-100 & UBS drivers
Atcom au-100
Ive got this USB phone above and it keeps asking for the generic USB audio
drivers in order to run properly.
Only nothing gets installed. Ive put my windowsXP disc in but nothing gets
loaded. Is there any way I can download this driver from Microsoft?
The phone is the Atcom au-100. The mini CD it came with said that it only
used the generic USB audio driver that comes with windows.
I cant get it to load off my XP CD and there's nothing on the website
(http://www.atcom.com.cn/). It definately wants this generic driver. Is
there anywhere I can download it?
Also have tried it on two separate computers with the same result.
Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for this. I've trawled the site, but they all say it hould have been
loaded with sp2.
The problem I get is that it wants to look for the generic usb audio driver
on a CD or disk as it cant find it on the hard drive. I have an sp2 CD and
it still cant find it on that?
I've tried it on 3 different computers and 10 usb ports with the same
result - nothing!
Am all dried up of ideas right now. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

F9,
What do you see in device manager, hardware?
Do you have any yellow bangs (? or !)
'Download Windows XP/2000 drivers for USB phones:'
Look under the above header for the Atcom au-100.

Hi,
Unfortunately this didn't work. I took the decision to send the phone back
and get a refund. I will try another way.
Thanks for your help though.
