Is there a method to change the hibernation progress logo at booting in
HORM setting.

I do not know about the illegal way, but it would involve changing the MS
binaries.

Shiju,

You will have to play with the NTLDR file to change those "Resuming..."
messages.

Basically you already got all the answers.
There is a couple of places that needs to be changes in loader and kernel to replace the screens. Technically everything is possible
but legal side is restrictive.
