[Megabucks]

When I log in I get this message along with ... is not a valid windows image.
I reloaded Windows XP, upgraded, downloaded and I STILL get this error.

Any ideas?

Systb.dll is a file associated with spyware/adware. Something in your
system keeps wanting to run this file.
